Its the end result of a mixed-religion pagan society that has rejected all offers of Christianity and instead worships devils, compounded by the low IQ of its masses. If you look into the degeneracy their religion entails, their own behavior makes sense.

i don't think religion has to do anything with it, genetics does.
you can't "convert" a whole group of cow-dung eaters into being decent human beings

Nature and nurture are both real. You can take a white boy whose genes say genius, starve him as a child, and you'll be lucky to get a walmart greeter. Likewise, you can take a nigger who was never going to amount to much, provide a million dollars of food education and medicine, and still get someone who is too stupid and violent to be a walmart greeter.
Humans are not just physical creatures, we are also spiritual ones. Genetics is only half the equation. That being said, I do firmly believe that mass transit and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race, and we really all should just stick to our own coutnries.
