I enjoy playing music. It is invigorating for the mind and soul. If there are songs I like, I can learn them, or I can write my own! It helps with my finger strength, attention span, and confidence in group settings (playing with others or for others).

Fei-biao practice. When I started over ten years ago, it was a big secret in the Chinese community, where no one admitted to knowing how to do it. Now it's on damn Youtube, and anyone can learn for free.
