All I can suggest is keep fine-tuning your skills and work for smaller companies and startups. They are too small and can't afford the diversity bloat just yet. Of course, it's riskier and you'll probably be job-hopping more often, but if you're always improving your skills and network you can find another.
Working for a big corporation, if you even get in the door these days, will be a dead-end position. If you're good enough, you'll be given the honor of training some off-the-street diversity hire your own job or even your boss's job (so they can eventually be your boss).

I don't understand why no corporation "defects", hires all the competent white people the jews are blacklisting, grows massively in size, and takes over the markets. They'd have a massive advantage if all the competitors rely on Jimena and Tyrone to get things done.
The owners at the highest levels don't care about the dollar profits, they care about using companies as vectors for influence. The money is fake and they all know it, they aren't the dumb goy taxpayers who pour their wealth into an endless sinkhole of government, they are the ones designing and receiving corporate welfare by the tens of billions. Further, if they go against the rest of money-worshippers and jews, they receive harsh opposition.
Getting a bunch of competent white people to achieve something (like Elon Musk did in SpaceX) doesn't add enough value to cover for the amount of harm the jew world order can inflict on a person or company (they're already starting up the jew-suits to parasitize his companies).

I saw some statistic that's honestly too insane to believe. It was something like out of 300,000 jobs created in the past [time period], 90% went to women and minorities.
Could be a blessing in disguise. Start your own company. Once you're established only hire whites. 20 years later let those fuckers go out of business.
If there's one thing we can learn from history it's that the Jews never know when to stop. They always overplay their hand. They might feel like they're winning right now, but systematically excluding millions of white men from the job market will only help radicalize them.
