All I can suggest is keep fine-tuning your skills and work for smaller companies and startups. They are too small and can't afford the diversity bloat just yet. Of course, it's riskier and you'll probably be job-hopping more often, but if you're always improving your skills and network you can find another.

Working for a big corporation, if you even get in the door these days, will be a dead-end position. If you're good enough, you'll be given the honor of training some off-the-street diversity hire your own job or even your boss's job (so they can eventually be your boss).
