This topic has actually been something that has bothered me my whole life, but even more pertinent considering the state we find ourselves in with current day "society".
I've always been a bit of a hot head/quick to temper. The times I can think of where I succumbed to it were justified, however the blind rage and reaction are likely to lead to negative effect and cloud judgement.
Considering the state of things, and that my job literally revolves around me witnessing the absolute loss of humanity in society on a daily basis coupled with the fact that I've been coming to the realization this multiculturalism that I was raised on has been used against us has me in a constant simmer of anger. Something else happens and I'm reaching critical mass, feeling like I'm going to lose it.
Has anyone else experienced this and found good ways to channel it better, without it becoming an all-consuming blind rage that clouds normal judgement and critical thinking?
Best way to avoid the explosion is to communicate more, at least with people who you care about, whom can sometimes be the target of unwarranted anger. Prayer also helps. Even if none of the prayers are answered, giving voice to our problems and turning them over to God does wonders. It's also good to have constructive outlets for the anger, since anger is a strong emotion meant to inspire us to action. I personally put it into weight lifting, cardio, and constructive pursuits and hobbies. The biggest one currently is writing two books, detailing all the philosophical lessons I've learned, and what's going to happen to civilization soon, why, and hopefully how to avoid it in the future, in order to help people. It also really helps to surround yourself with better people. It's almost impossible to remain a good and sane person surrounded by bad people. So, find good people, in places where you need them.
Don't quell or ignore the anger, use it. Anger is a natural response that good people should have with our current situation. Anyone not angry right now is lobotomized.
I can post a comment I made when debating Gizortnik in KiA2, when debating him about the Holocaust, in your forum. It debunks the cremation numbers using their own sources. It's not as comprehensive at the break downs I've seen on the chans, but it's a good start.
