This topic has actually been something that has bothered me my whole life, but even more pertinent considering the state we find ourselves in with current day "society".

I've always been a bit of a hot head/quick to temper. The times I can think of where I succumbed to it were justified, however the blind rage and reaction are likely to lead to negative effect and cloud judgement.

Considering the state of things, and that my job literally revolves around me witnessing the absolute loss of humanity in society on a daily basis coupled with the fact that I've been coming to the realization this multiculturalism that I was raised on has been used against us has me in a constant simmer of anger. Something else happens and I'm reaching critical mass, feeling like I'm going to lose it.

Has anyone else experienced this and found good ways to channel it better, without it becoming an all-consuming blind rage that clouds normal judgement and critical thinking?

Haha. I punched my steel fridge last week and hurt my hand. I need to chill the fuck out. It's really not good my brother. Wrath is a deadly sin, the work of demons.
