It's worth way more than that. 2 lots over is a 6 bed 6 bath house on a half acre listed for $40 million. A few miles away is a 10 acre wooded lot listed for $150 million. The $18 million is also less than the asking price when he bought it in 1985... So a resort on 20 acres at $18 million is one of the most blatantly corrupt decisions I've ever seen.

$18m in 1985 is about 50ish today, which tracks roughly with the $40m price of the 6br/6ba you mentioned.

So yeah, factor in the original asking price, inflation, and also the increase in real estate prices, there's no way that place is worth less than $300m.
