Don't use these on YouTube someone has claimed to be the author of all of them effectively ruining their CC 3.0 status.

I think I saw those and they are false copyright claims, can you confirm?
 
I've had the same problem with using music I found that I have the right to use and got false copyright claims, so maybe just don't use youtube
 
it should be under public domain or cc0 (creative commons zero)
