Brute Force may overcome a State, but Brute does not always overcome the People.
For the People, good economics, Law, and culture will go a long way.
Fore this reason, I think that it is better if we start taking care of the keeping part now.
As a Collective, we should act as though we are already living in our own Society. Act with total confidence that we have been Victorious.
We would not buy from the Enemy after the Struggle, why would we now.
Begin to work on the People now, help them to understand our Natural Values. Our love for Freedom, and Fairness. Our respect for Bio-Diversity among the Races, and also Voluntary Association. Our adherence to Natural Speech, and also to Fair Currency.
Win them over with that which they already know.
Give them economic oppurtunity now, and they may not bitith the hand which feedeth.
