Leftism in general (liberalism, communism, conservatism, judaism) are essentially about virtue signalling. It's about *saying* you are virtuous and good without practically putting in any effort to do so. Not only that, *saying* it reliefs you from the responsibility to do any good, and even gives you the option to "compensate" for your boundless goodness by committing evil. It's not unusual that there is degeneracy or personal shortcomings involved, like laziness and carelessness, which further makes them want to compensate for their shortcomings by championing "something good."
Sometimes it's also about championing leftism as a form of self-sacrifice or collective sacrifice imposed upon others. They suffer from its effects, but consider themselves good for sacrificing their livelihoods and that of others. They do not think in a way that is bound to reality (in the present or past), it's about abstract concepts like "reparations for slavery." Facts do not matter, only the thought of it, the imagination is all that matters to them.

It's about anti-intellectualism. It's not the same as mere stupidity, it's the elaborate rationalization of nonsense and preventing possible discourses that can lead to truth (sophistry). There are leftists dedicated to invest all their cognitive capabilities solely to create disinformation, to misinform, to mislead. They themselves literally do not care about factual correctness, to them it's at least justified due to all other rationalizations they already made up. Whatever they think of is already true in their head, and it just has to "follow up" in reality to prove them right. Another tactic is to use power to the fullest possible and to shut down dissidents - censorship if possible, "yada yada yada I'm not listening" otherwise.
A true anti-intellectual has barricaded himself so much that there is no entry point. He must have been exposed to sufficient truths which he *had* to immunize himself from. Think of it as a complex web of nonsense. You bring up 12/60 (previously 13/50), and there will be 5 things at least that fortify that notion ranging from reparations, oppression to "it's not true" or "they are lying because they are racist."
Even if reality hits them on the head, like having their child be raped and murdered by a gang of niggers who brag about it online, along with their overt hatred of Whites, it's not enough. He will declare them the true victims of society, and make the sacrifice of indulging in the crime for the sake of being a "good person." To display that, being a cuck who kicks justice in the head, is the ultimate virtue signal.
Then there are those who are merely brainwashed, so that the programming takes over when their ideology is contested. At that point you are not speaking with them anymore, but the program with their personality as a background character. They are victims, sure, but also passive perpetrators of the ideology. You usually find them in everyday positions, like your colleagues. Often they operate on minimal information, and the little information they have is just brainwash.
And there is the financial incentive too. Being a leftist activist in any shape or form is highly rewarded by the system, media and corporations. For example you can be a scientist paid by corporations to push covid hysteria (to advertise "vaccines") or climate change (for political goals). If you deviate from saying what they want to hear, you're out, a discredited bigot who fell for hatred (they can make up whatever story they want). Or be a political (leftist) YouTuber. You will enjoy protection from the company running the website, and a lot of money. You can literally advertise paid assassination requests and get away from it easily. Or be a degenerate whore breathing down a microphone, just to sell advertisements for your actual whoring on OnlyFans. When your leftist belief is tied to finances, the chances to be cured from lunacy drops to 0%. Instead of considering the message, you will consistently go after the messenger.

No. For leftists the ideological goals come first, and all of them go against yours. They want maximum degeneracy and decadence. They will be happy when everything around you is on fire as it is flooded by niggers who hunt you and your kin down. Nothing less than that satisfies them. Their anti-corporate stance is a proxy for their actual hatred of our race.
Of course you can and should try to convert people to see the truth, just consider however what angle you should go for. And consider that there isn't just 1 thing that makes them think as they do, but tens or hundreds of ideas, many of which support each other. But don't waste your breath converting a leftist who has a personal interest in sophistry, unless you do it for personal entertainment. Make him debate in public, show people how unhinged and wrong he is, but do not think you can convert him, as if you're doing a good deed. No, that's just naive. But you can convert others. Note that they actively try to shut down such debates from ever occurring or reaching people, because for them it's a losing battle. They win by using all the power of propaganda and censorship.
