**Starmer: Britain will evacuate children from Gaza**

Sat, July 26, 2025

Britain will evacuate critically ill children from the Gaza Strip, Sir Keir Starmer has said, as aid groups warned that around a third of Palestinians in the war-torn enclave have gone without food for days.

The Prime Minister said the starvation inflicted by Israel on Palestinians is “absolutely horrifying” and suggested that the Government could start airlifting the worst affected children to Britain.

Sir Keir said: “I know the British people are sickened by what is happening. The images of starvation and desperation in Gaza are utterly horrifying.”

“We are urgently accelerating efforts to evacuate children from Gaza who need critical medical assistance – bringing more Palestinian children to the UK for specialist medical treatment,” he added in the article for the Daily Mirror.

It comes after the World Food Programme (WFP) said that one in three Gazans have gone without any food for days, as France, Germany and the UK all demanded that Israel “immediately lift restrictions on the flow of aid”

btw, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer's wife is Jewish, and they are raising their kids as Jewish.

*Starmer also opened up on a topic he hasn’t shared much about: how he and his Jewish wife are raising his children to recognize their Jewish faith.*

I've come up with this theory. Well, it's very likely not unique at all, but here we go : So i believe that different people groups, races for example, have certain predispositions in their thoughts and obviously actions, from either genetics or culture / upbringing, largely genetics, likely both. This leads to them having different moral values, like jews seeing it as ok to genocide every other race as long as they get to be kings, and white people largely being less ethnocentric. However, here's the kicker, the groups see their moral values as objectively correct, as universal, as THE truth. The jews will never change their morality because they see it as THE truth, as THE moral good to kill or enslave everyone else and plunder them for eternity.

That's why debates with outgroups are so useless, you're trying to argue away genetic and cultural predispositions.

What do you think? is there anything to this?

It used to be we grew up with our grandparents. We had lots of contact with older people because we had tighter-knit communities.

Some people seem ignorant what aging is and how it works.

I'm going to give you a primer on it, something that my 8-year-old self would probably have liked to know.

* Once you hit puberty you're a teenager.
* Around 18-20 (later for men, earlier for women) the brain begins to finish development. This is the ideal age to get married and start having kids.
* Around 25 you are your physical prime. Although you may get SMARTER about exercise and physical strength, you will never perform as well at that sort of thing as you did at 25.
* Around 30 you are in your prime. Not only do you have a strong physical body but you are at the peak of your mental performance too. This is the best time to be a father or mother of young kids, which means you needed to be bearing children 10 years earlier.
* Around 35-40 you start to notice that things are getting harder to do. Simple tasks involve pain. If you exercise it takes longer to recover and you don't see the gains you used to see. You have to really watch what you eat now too.
* Around 50 you've understood that you are now old. You are trying to desperately hold on to whatever physical health you have and you are trying to maintain your mental abilities. It doesn't matter what you do you are always in pain and everything hurts. Things just get worse every day.
* 60 and beyond -- you are only holding death off for a few days at a time. If you are "blessed" with the senescence gene you can live past 80. If not, then once you reach 80 you are basically a walking corpse. Any minor thing, even a broken toe, can lead to a series of health crises that lead to your death.

You guys think that Hulk Hogan was healthy at 70. He was not. He might've put on a good face -- old people don't want to worry younger people and they want to spend their last days in happiness not worrying about things that can't be stopped. But based on what little I have heard, he was probably in severe pain and was getting surgery. Most surgeons won't operate on people older than 65 or so because of the risk. There's a good chance he just died after surgery because some of the medicines he was taking messed something up.

If you're in your 20s and 30s, enjoy life as much as you can while it lasts. Exercise and diet are important. So is exercising your brain. Things are going to start going south in your 40s so just be ready for it.

I always thought it was stupid to "save up for retirement" when many people don't make it to 65. You should instead "save up for inheritance". If you have a little money, enjoy it with your kids today rather than saving up for an adventure when you'll be too old to enjoy it and your kids won't have time to enjoy it with you.
A lot of people here are either trying to get us depressed or trying to share their depression with us. Despite all that is going on, all they see are the negatives.

You wonder what you can do to "wake up the sheep". You wonder if there will ever be a majority of people dedicated to "the cause". You wonder what, if anything, can be done.

I'm going to tell you the reality of revolutions.

First, pretty much every revolution in the history of the world has failed. The ones you know about were the rare successes, and they are talked about endlessly BECAUSE they were rare. Things just don't go that way.

Next, understand that no revolution was ever popular in its time. You don't need to be popular. You just need to win. Once you win, the "sheeple" will fall in behind you. They were useless to win the revolution, they are useless in a revolution. In fact, you'd rather have the *other guy* have all the sheeple.

Never underestimate the influence and power one person holds. History is FULL of examples of people who beat all the odds and won. Anyone who knows history knows that the status quo is not the status quo for very long, because INDIVIDUALS are going to wreck the status quo and create a new one. If you aren't a revolutionary INDIVIDUAL then you should be looking for someone who is and working with them.

Everything is a team effort. No one person can do everything or be everything. Find your role in life, and fill it to the best of your ability. If you're really, really good at something, the revolutionary people are going to need your ability. They may find you but you probably need to find them.

Never sit on your hands. Nothing good ever came to those who waited around doing nothing. Granted, sometimes waiting is a good move. But if you are waiting for one thing, then be doing something else.

Rest and relaxation can be just as important as work. Work hard, play hard, sleep hard. Those who find balance in their life are WAY more productive than those who don't. They can get more done in a few hours than most people can do in a week. FOCUSED, TARGETED action that does not waste effort is the goal. Remember George Washington spent a lot of time resting his troops. If they weren't rested and ready to go, he would've never been able to raid the enemy on Christmas Eve.
