I would also toss in "That Hideous Strength" by C. S. Lewis. It's the third book in his Space Trilogy. The first two books, of course, add a lot of context and depth that you'll appreciate, but it does very well as a standalone since it is a bit of a departure from the first two.

Yes. Smartphones are a bane to human health, potential, and overall well-being. I like the idea of the Light Phone 2, but I do not like that it requires everything to go via the cloud. If there was something like it that allowed expandable storage and was self-contained, I would jump on board in a heartbeat.
