**We’ve Seen This Playbook Before.**
 
1. Police respond to criminal behavior. Perpetrator dies.
 
2. Media and NGO system go into high gear to deify the perpetrator and agitate the population. Systemic inequities” are blamed… riots occur.
 
3. Gov’t/media response to mass chaos ranges from half hearted, to ignoring, to siding w rioters.
 
4. White men attempt to protect their community but are then treated worse than the rioters.
 
5. Next step for France… media and youth brainwashing dialed up to ten… legal restrictions enacted, police are unable to police crime.

I'm kind of for legalizing all drugs, slowly, while also putting in place societal infrastructure for discouraging the abuse of drugs and to help people who become addicts.
 
I can elaborate on further reasons for legalization of drugs if requested; it is not however a top priority to me as a policy issue so I don't focus on it as much for that reason.
