So first they get the moons color wrong in their cgi images, they add brown. Now they're fucking with jupiters color too?

Yeah, James Webb is an infrared telescope, so everything it captures has to be shifted up to the visible spectrum, anyway. Jupiter is still its regular colors.

I mean... you know what the electromagnetic spectrum is. Things don’t look the same under different filters.

Absolutely, but they do select the colours per bandwidth so this would be deliberate.
