We (Whites) are severely underpopulated at the moment and our population is falling. Good women are so scarce that we need every one of them to be popping babies like this to make up for the pron cattle.
Further, humans don't overbreed. We have enough kids for the resources present at the time. Famines and homelessness are caused by sudden failures in our institutions, usually caused by intentional mismanagement (ie affirmative action, kicking Whites out of African countries, imposing unhinged regulations on farmers, etc).
Society should give a scoring system to each couple, judging health, fitness, strength, intelligence, etc. Bonus points for couples where both have blue / green eyes or blond hair.
Then the best racial elements should be made to breed with the support of the community. I'm talking the best women having 14+ children.
White people who are of lower biological value should not be encouraged to reproduce and those with hereditary illnesses should be sterilized.
