May not be a thing anymore, but a lot of big cities decided that the reason for high crime rates was the kids who were out all night didn't have anything to do. They started midnight basketball leagues and dumped a lot of money into it.

I'm hearing this is satire, but I can't be bothered to look it up. The fact that it's so believable makes my point enough.
This type of thing is the result of starting with the conclusion that "all races are equal" and then going backwards from there. We are told all races are equal and cannot question that for any reason. Thus, whenever we see anything that points to the races not being equal, we have to come up with a bogus explanation which turns into a bogus solution. And the bogus explanation always must be that it's our fault. Case in point, niggers being too lazy to change a 9V is actually niggers not being able to afford a new 9V because of historic oppression.
The whole thing is the epitome of trying to define reality based on your feelings.
