USAID is the current boogeyman, but as the video hints at it was really jewish record labels pushing it hard in the 90's. Jazz also was the same way actually...Basically 75% of all American-market music since the invention of the phonograph and centralization of music production has been controlled like this. Victrola/RCA was jewish from the start.
