I noticed only a couple of these people are wearing mouth-guards.

This is not serious training without mouth-guards because the first thing any trainer learns is the importance of protecting your teeth.

Few fighting-age males want to suffer the massive expense of dental-work and the forever bother of dentures. even if it's for a few teeth.
