'Leftism' is essentially the ideology of degeneration. There is nothing that its adherents—both those who sympathize with the degenerates and the degenerates themselves—consistently stand for other than this. They are anti-immigration when the immigrants are White (e.g. South African refugees); they became pro-free trade when Trump started pushing tariffs; they were pro-big pharma during the Covid era (e.g. tattooing names like Moderna and Pfizer on their arms); they are anti-environment when it comes down to creating new infrastructure for immigrants; and so on.
Every time you think: 'Ah, here is something they are for'—anti-capitalism, environmentalism, immigration, to name but a few—you will find that they can turn against it under the right conditions (e.g. if their perceived enemies embrace it, they will sometimes reverse their stance so as not to be on the same side as the 'Nazis'). However, they will *never* turn against degeneracy itself. They can't turn against that because it would be to turn against the very core of who they are.
This person is just remarkably candid about arriving at a similar conclusion but from the opposite side of politics - 'the more *dysgenic,* the better.' Indeed, if I was a Leftist bereft of any compromises with the other side and still perceptive enough to understand what I am for, that's exactly what I would genuinely believe. That what is degenerate and dysgenic must prevail over what is not: the strong must be permanently chained to us so that our lives, which we cannot ourselves sustain, are sustained by them forever.
Seen this way, politics is not merely a matter of preference, but a survival struggle: the purpose of power—power, which they are so often obsessed with, *a la* Foucault—is to ensure that the strong can never excise the degenerate and dysgenic from the body politic again. The sicker they become, the greater that Leftist politics becomes a matter of life and death. The strength of today's Left is owed to the degenerates—no longer culled by natural and social selection pressures—having become so numerous in late-modernity to the extent that they are now perceived as 'normal', being 'normal', they attract many sympathizers, and thus are prevailing by sheer force of numbers.
The famous Marx quote: 'From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs', though it would be a description of a symbiotic relationship if and only if applied to a eugenic people living in a society of saints—that is, not the real world—is in the real world a description not of a symbiotic but of a parasitic relationship: people are not guaranteed to have abilities, but they are guaranteed to have needs. He whose needs most exceed his abilities is thus he who stands to benefit the most from the Left-Wing, and, consequently, he is also the most likely to actually be Left-Wing.
