In the third millennium, the world changed.
Climate, nations. All were in upheaval...
The Earth transformed into a poisonous scorched desert,
known as "The Cursed Earth".

Millions of people crowded into a few Mega Cities, where roving bands of street savages created violence the justice system could not control.

Law we know it, collapsed.

From the decay rose a new order.
A society ruled by a new, elite force... A force with the power to dispense both justice and punishment...
They were the police, jury and executioner all in one.

... They were the Judges.

That was one of the rare cases where the original and the remake are both good goyslop.

I just love Rob Schneider. I finally watched Demolition Man this year and it was pretty bad, but Stalone and Schneider both did a good job with what they have. They would go good together as a double feature.

As for Schneider, sure, The Animal was mocked even though Norm McDonald's bit at the end was great, and Surf Ninjas was SO bad. How did Leslie Neilson ever agree to that?

I finally watched Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo and it wasn't just enjoyable - I was breaking out laughing! It is a proper sequel, which is very rare. It reminded me of Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls which was better than Ace Ventura: Pet Detective!

Hot Chick is still one of my favorite movies. And if you have a chance, watch big Stan. Hollywood later ripped off the script with Get Hard, but Hollywood often does that - just like they ripped off the premise for Fist Fight from a wonderful Rick Moranis and Tom Arnold movie, Big Bully.

My friend used to like the Judge Dredd comics in high-school.

[I never cared much, but he explained The League of Fatties to me once: these are morbidly obese citizens of the mega-cities who use gluttony and fast-fashion fads for comfort and to pass the time.](https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0450/3627/3823/files/Bolland_8_480x480.jpg)

I remember one comic where the goyslop food dispensers broke down and the fatties started attacking people and trashing the city.

They represent the ugliness of consumerism.

That's about all I know about those comics.
