I'm not a fan of arguing right wing talking points using sources and statistics.

Sources are important because people are right to ask for them.

I don't provide sources anymore. Inquisitive minds know of what I'm usually talking about it or they ask for more information. If you provide the source, that person then will attempt to scrutinize it to find some small flaw that they can use to dismiss the information. Thus providing a source becomes a fruitless exercise.
