It's the same fuckery all around the world adapted to local culture. In the US tipping is the norm while in Europe no one does it. Instead Europeans get shrinkflation and $10/gal gas. It's time to fuck with them back.

America definitely has shrinkflation as well.

If i have to stand to order, you're not getting a tip. No issue walking out of there and going somewhere else.

this is what happened to airline ticket pricing too, its called "tolerance pricing".

These companies increase prices to the point where they may lose some customers but others will "tolerate" the increased prices and the company has increased overall revenue.

The take away is that product/service pricing based on competitiveness or actual costs is totally dead. The model of true cost + % profit is dead, pricing is now whatever the company wants it to be, not based on anything

The jews killed what made capitalism great or at least better than communism. The only way people have to fight back is to do business offline like we used to. I'll give a practical example. Last week I had to buy bikes for my kids. My wife went to a big store which carried low quality products at average prices. Then I went to amazon that had better products with high prices. Then my wife told me we had to buy from them. I told her that we still had other alternatives. She asked me where because she wasn't a were of any. We were driving around, I took a three minute detour and stopped at a random bicycle shop. She told me they only had mountain bikes and I replied they had catalogs for what we wanted. Ditto. Their list price as 10% lower than amazon and he gave me another 10% on top of that. People have to stop being lazy and start supporting local businesses.

Are the fast food places asking for tips now?

Or just high-end ones like Shake Shack.

In California, you can pay under the minimum wage if you include the tips that they earned.

Subway asks for tips. I'm not tipping a stoned teenager to putting lettuce cheese and meat in a sandwich while I watch him do it.
