lactose intolerance is literally fake & gay

you consume lactose until your body adjusts, kikes use the "lactose intolerance" to push for vegen shit which is just soy and nasty jewchems to save up on shekels and subvert the population

you can argue they're subhuman and weak, but i believe the lactose intolerance is a fairly new phenomena to push soythetic products

Probably true. But it's worth noting how jews and nigs often share many of the same genetic diseases.

that's because jews and nigs are dysgenic creatures born out of misanthropy

In the USA, all milk products are pasteurized. Which could lead to a body not digesting it correctly. In reality, all it does to people that are intolerant is cause them to have to take a shit.

That's the case for me personally. If I drink raw milk from the farm near me it's great... If I drink the pasteurized stuff or any processed dairy it's instant stomach ache

yeah i heard the milk in america is throughly raped, like they suck out of the fat, the natural sugar and you end up with a watered down, tastless product

No, lactose intolerance, specifically caused by lactase nonpersistence, is a real thing. What this means is that your body stops producing the enzyme required to digest milk. If you consume dairy without producing lactase, you'll get pain and cramping and diarrhea because your gut bacteria will try to break down the lactose instead, and that produces a lot of gas. It's worth noting that this form of lactose intolerance CAN be overcome by subjecting yourself to a heavy dairy diet and simply dealing with the symptoms. From what I've heard, after a few weeks, the balance of bacteria in the gut will change to favor ones that can easily digest the lactose without causing problems, meaning you've effectly outsourced your lactase production to your gut bacteria.
