It's not necessarily that it's jewish propaganda, but it *is* just a whole lot of hearsay. Even if we were to disregard bad translations, it relies on trusting multiple different secretaries who all allegedly transcribed things that hitler said. There are numerous issues with this, the main one being that they have full freedom to cherry pick *some* things hitler said and completely make up other things (even in the german original) and there is no burden of proof at all because of the nature of the book.

For some reason, close confidants have a habit of just totally lying whenever they create accounts of whoever they were near. Another similar book is one written by Mao Zedong's physician, which is intentionally dramatized (admittedly dramatized) and largely just a bunch of made up shit, along with the fact that the premise of the entire book was just him incoherently writing down memories of things that may or may not have happened

So I take biographies and personal accounts made of people who were close with major figures with a grain of salt. I don't think the table talks have as much extra shit as mao's "exposé", on the one hand. On the other hand, it's highly doubtful that everything in it was actually said by hitler, whether by intentional dramatization by the authors of it or just by having a hazy recollection of events. And as humans we are biased towards dramatizing things, anyone's fishing story proves this very well.

Table talks are notoriously unreliable. They're essentially a he said, she said.

I'm having trouble finding an old article that covered this, but I'll sum it up. The bottom line is that they are not actual transcripts but cobbled together second hand notes from multiple people. They were also first compiled a d published five years after the war by a "reformed" german lawyer. There are also problems with the English translations available, which allegedly have lines in them that do not appear in the German source material.
