You won't ever hear that and if they do, there is always some excuse. Understand that half the White population and even more authentically think that brown and black areas are ghetto and dangerous due to colonialism hundreds of years ago and that crime just follows poverty.

White kids should be learning violence and tribalism. You can take your books and shove them up your ass. They'll read when they're safe.
Its both. More the second one, but it's both. Even the white kids are becoming dumber. The most existentially concerning demographic change is from boomer to gen x. Gen A is marginally less white than the country of Brazil, which is also concerning.
