One time, during the Covid hype-hysteria time, I was in a plane. I was fucking fed up with it, but I had to wear a useless cloth mask. So I was in my seat, pulled down the worthless mask down my nose, and read my book. Then the middle-later aged guy next to me went hysterical. He demanded I pull up my mask like a good goy, as he is, and I said no. He raised his hand and complained to a stewardess, and she told me to "wear it properly." I did, and then I told that fucker to fuck himself.
Then he went ballistic. He raised his hand, even stood up to call for a stewardess to complain, and she fixed the situation: She seated him somewhere else.
Result: I had a free seat next to me, I pulled down my mask, I could read my book. Best case scenario.
Moral of the story: 1. Fragile idiots are predictable and hellbent on self-destruction, 2. be assertive, 3. and do not underestimate doing it smartly - if I'd have argued with the stewardess, it would have become an extended back-and-forth situation, which I might have lost because she is forced into a position and they have the fuck-you power. In that case I would have been the one who is causing trouble.
Making that guy insane (I wasn't even starting YET) would make HIM a menace to them. I wanted to tell him so many things. It would have been more interesting than my book.
LOL. I was getting lunch once and sat down to wait for my order without a mask. Some chink in line was loudly bitching -- and pointing -- to the cashier that I wasn't wearing a mask. The girl didn't know what to do, and I just stared right at him. Faggot placed his order and walked right past me without saying a word or making any eye contact. Little bitches like that are weak -- know they're weak -- a like to leverage *institutional power* to impose themselves. They'll never do anything themselves; they'll cry "teacher, teacher" but never actually do anything themselves. Never give in to their empty threats!

1 and 2 yes, but 3 I disagree with. 3 in mass is what led to all this shit in the first place. If no one from the beginning gave an inch to cocksuckers the world would be better.
Similar story. It's 2021. Random grocery store in my area I never go to except this one time. Not wearing a mask because I refuse to. Cashier offers me one. I politely say no thanks. He immediately flips out. 0-100 like that. "Then get the fuck out!" And points to the door. "No. You're going to ring me up." He argues. I calmly but defiantly refuse to mask up. He's going into hysterics. He calls his manager over. Actually nice lady. She explains. I tell her I won't wear a mask. The guy is basically hyperventilating. She excuses him, takes the register, and rings me up without issue. Meanwhile cockgobbler (I wish I remembered his name) is actually crying, tears and everything, and stammers out "I hope you fucking die". I rudely laugh in his face. Guy behind me catches up on parking lot, he enjoyed himself.
And similar experiences at Costco and the local city park too. Basically, I'll tell anyone to go fuck themselves. It's never not worked for me so far. Plus it sets a good precedent to these types. The pushback to them is often not worth the social risk of being nosey. Stand them down once and they'll be bitches forever more never to bother people again.

Similar story, but I didn't get as far as you. I hate AutoZone. Overpriced, never have the thing I need, to me anymore it's "baby's first trip to the auto parts store."
But I needed some brake cleaner (~May 2020) or wipes or something, and AutoZone was slightly closer than O'Reilly's or Advanced. "Surely AutoZone can't fuck this up, right?" Mind you, I'm in a rural part of a very red county in Florida.
The moment I open the door, the dude behind the counter is shouting... I assume there's some emergency, some chemical spill, some confrontation, then I see that he's looking right at me shouting "MASK! MASK! MASK!" Again, being a chemist, I assume there's some toxic gas in the air, then I remember that there are actual people out here who think the air is poison.
So I flipped him off and went to O'Reilly's, who has yet to let me down. No one was masked there, no one batted an eye that I was unmasked. Had I been at the register already at AutoZone, I may have behaved differently. But given they were already on thin ice with me... anyway, I haven't been back to AutoZone since; probably not going back ever.

Depending on how vengeful I am, if I were at the cashier, and then they want to force me to comply with some bullshit, I'd just have left the items there. In a grocery store that would be even a massive hassle for them.
The level of inconvenience one can cause is quite astonishing. Some things are very simple to do even.
Just imagine - in a shop, put your hand into a shelve, and shove everything down the floor. It's an act that takes mere seconds, causes a lot of inconvenience (no damage if the items aren't easily breakable), and it's neither theft, nor trespassing. And you could do it a lot before you could be stopped - and the first to stop you is just some employee.
One just has to be aware of the possibilities. For the case I'd be fucked around with, I had my options. For many things btw, even forced clotshots, or requiring clotshots to shop groceries. Is a doctor willing to fight to death for it? At that time it was unclear what the maximum level of insanity was, but I was prepared to deal with all of it.
Luckily, wearing a useless cloth mask at some places was the miracle solution for them, and that was the peak.

him missing the game is fucking hilarious too because it was some of the best defensive football i've seen in ages. england spent almost the whole time attacking in their own zone, ghana barely got a shot off, but they played insane defense.
That was really hard to watch. You think at any moment he’s going to break out in laughter and just tell the guy he’s fucking with him, but then he doesn’t, and he legitimately goes full soy petty tyrant. It’s unreal that not only do these people exist, that nobody beats the fuck out of him.
Honestly, since the faggot was looking to destroy him through cancelation anyway, serious question. Why not pretend you’re gonna just leave on your own, and as soon as you stand up “to leave”, get an extremely advantageous angle on him, take his phone/camera, stomp it, and beat the fuck out him until the likely cucked crowd pulls you off of him? I’m really not understanding, specifically since it’s over there where even the illusion of freedom of speech is not a thing.
