The point is that one dares to stand out from established rules, which is a requirement for creativity. You need to deviate from existing norms in order to create something new, and something new has the potential to be better.
To bring up flowers is retarded though, because a sea of identical flowers looks best.
As of my game, I do a lot of things differently, simply because I do not follow established conventions, but what I think is best. As such it may happen that it doesn't fall into a convention. Thus there are *many* actually novel features and approaches which do not exist yet.

An astute observer knows the marking of the evil temptresses so he isn't easily fooled and realizes her overall beauty (both inside and out) is ugly but he has control over his temptations. A man without such knowledge or control will see the baddy and believe her more beautiful, hence he falls into temptation.
The whore puts much effort into her appearance for male (and female) validation. In her natural state she can easily be considered unattractive. The virtuous woman does not need to do so.
