It's not an issue in a vacuum. Birth rates decline normally. Problem is bringing in infinity niggers because the government lies about the world ending if the population dips. The way I see it, china also has a low birth rate but isn't rushing to important 10 trillion niggers, or even other asians. China's government, especially their current president, is extremely forward thinking in general. So I doubt that they're just winging it. I don't think the population dip is actually the problem everyone says it is to justify white replacement.
