It seem to be an accident: perhaps israel is rushing to develop or test missiles for an attack against Iran?

EDIT: Rumor is the explosion was israel's Arrow-3 missile stockpile being sabotaged at the Tomer base.
They'll be buying more missiles from US using foreign aid money we send to them. Congress will add another $5Billion in foreign aid to rebuild their military manufacturing facility.
