A lot of my younger patients (18-20) come in hot during their appointments. They will find a way to put the question out in the open to see if I bite. And since they are all very physically healthy it makes for an enjoyable appointment. It makes me happy that they are all skeptical when we discuss treatment options for various things, because they should be.
