Not really blasphemous. Heretical, yes, blasphemous no. The jews are blasphemous, kegsbreath and trump are blasphemous. Iranians (and Muslims in general) just have the wrong idea, but they still respect and honor Christ unlike greatest ally ™️. I'll take the iranians who believe Christ was a prophet and will return with Mahdi over the jews who believe he is boiling in hell. Unfortunately, this is absolutely a situation where the enemy of my enemy = my friend.

Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed

Lmao Judea had 40k true Judaeans return after the captivity, and they created the environment Christ grew up in, so I'm sure some of us are, but that's just a very small potion of all Israel.
