“A father present, and sharing the work load garnered much more influence on their children compared to the man who did more manly things and only those manly things.”

Such a silly take IMHO.

Most men already share the workload at home by doing many things a woman either can’t do, or refuses to do. If he has to do an over abundance of other things that the woman can, and frankly should do, he won’t have the time, and/or energy to do those things. Think general infrastructure, and maintenance just like in society at large. This also doesn’t mean you aren’t getting your children involved while being a good example, and mentor to them.

Does this mean that men should never be involved in less “traditional” ways, of course not, but it definitely shouldn’t be the norm especially if both parents work, and work similar amount of hours.

Taking advice about raising children from a person with your username is like taking advice from a kike
