I make it a point to *never* watch anything from the "recommended" field. Imagine going from being programmed by monopoly television networks, to being able to chose literally anything to watch, and chosing to be programmed.

As much as possible I try to only watch what I search and videos specifically from channels I subscribe to.

Consume Product is not meanspirited. Being mean for petty reasons is not the Consume Product way. Lead by example, be the change you want to see.
