Correct. Setting aside the fact that the Ukies ran out of ammo less than 3 months into the war (a fact which has been widely reported despite gag orders on any negative/pro-Russian press), the AFU have refrained from actually giving conscripts ammo to practice with in "training" (such as it is) for over two and a half years now.

Furthermore, many of the Ukrainian men who've been frog-marched to the front at gunpoint and survived to defect/surrender to the Russian army have reported that half-full magazines are distributed by NCOs and officers (i.e. loyalists to the kike Zelensky and his Kiev regime) only once they're within earshot of Russian artillery.

Possibly a dumb question: How does that work when you're at a gun range? Are you shooting projectiles that can't harm anyone?
