that strips most of the message out so it is more palatable to dumb people. there is some subtle meaning in the message. it's fine if most people aren't capable of understanding the message. it's not for them. they should talk less and get to work on time.

Boil it down. Make it more potent and powerful / use the image to add nuance and context.
