Sure. Other races have their exceptions and if a White is fat they could go either way, but it seems to me the vast majority of White women look like women and the vast majority of White men look like men. Other races? Mehhh

This is actually studied and measured. The distinct shape and hormonal differences between sexes are strongest with Europeans.
