Sure. Other races have their exceptions and if a White is fat they could go either way, but it seems to me the vast majority of White women look like women and the vast majority of White men look like men. Other races? Mehhh

yes. also asians are less sexually dimorphic than whites, except in the feminine direction. blacks similar, except both male and female are both masculine. indians as well - similar to asians the men are somewhat more feminine than white men.
whites have high sexual dimorphism because it was an evolutionary advantage in our environments. and also we mastered our environments and both men and women had the opportunity to select for more feminine/more masculine features.
ask why white women are obsessed for forearms. they can't tell you why but I can: grip strength. a highly sexually dimorphic trait. a typical white man has 300% higher grip strength compared to women. also why you do not restrain them by their wrists as you can easily hurt them doing that.
