In other species its generally about optimising for mate selection. Whites must just be the most aesthetically inclined and the least homosexual race.

It's because you're White so easier for you to notice it for Whites.
In the case of niggers it's because their women have higher levels of testosterone, this is also the reason why African tribes are traditionally matriarchal and why negresses tend to have much more influence over black children than their fathers (even in the rare cases where their fathers are present). Blacks are matriarchal by nature, they are ruled by their high testosterone women. Africa made an attempt to adopt eurasian patriarchy from the era of the arab raids into sub saharan africa onwards, but it has been a complete failure.
In the case of asians, it's not really a hormonal thing (asian men have pretty standard testosterone levels and women don't have much in the first place), it's just that they all evolved to have the same flat faces. Even somewhere in Asia where the men actually have very high testosterone levels, such as mongolia, they still don't look very different from the women. It's just the mongoloid skull which has developed to look neotenous in both sexes due to an accumulation of cold weather adaptations.
Although, to be honest, the caucasoid type has very high sexual dimorphism in general. Arabs also have very distinctive men and women, and they aren't white but they are caucasoid. I would also argue that mediteranneans have higher sexual dimorphism than northern Europeans, from Iberia to the levant I get the impression that the sexual dimorphism is at the highest level in the world. The nordic phenotype has high sexual dimorphism overall, but it has a glitch where it sometimes produces either women who look hypermasculine (but still a lot less than niggers) or men who look feminine like Bjorn Andresen

whites have high sexual dimorphism because it was an evolutionary advantage in our environments. and also we mastered our environments and both men and women had the opportunity to select for more feminine/more masculine features.
ask why white women are obsessed for forearms. they can't tell you why but I can: grip strength. a highly sexually dimorphic trait. a typical white man has 300% higher grip strength compared to women. also why you do not restrain them by their wrists as you can easily hurt them doing that.
