That being said, I can kinda understand why he aped out, those water balloons could just as easily contain some sort of acid or other injurious substance, and its highly likely that it was other blacks tossing them at him. Obviously he shouldnt have shot them unless he knew for sure they were trying to acid attack him, but going around tossing balloons at people who didnt ask for it is peak retard behavior.
