Anyway, it's not either-or. It's both and cardio. Check BA's Rutten's Pancrase commentary of his first fights where he lost due to lack of wrestling training, and after when he started to become complete. Then all that was left for him was cardio training which made him an unbeatable champ. Plust his a fervent Catholic which completes his fighter mindset. His YT channel is a gem.
