If you hang around college campuses you'll run into some slobs who reuse these argument tactics that OP is poking fun at. Not a jab against people who want evidence to back up important, meaningful claims or statements. Finding truth for me is sorting through a barn of hay looking for a needle. It takes lots of commitment, focus, and critical thinking and the realization that most of the evidence i find will be a spider web of lies.
