She also was drunk, got in a fight and charged with assault. I don't know the details beyond that. But they always get you on something else then make it a "hate crime". Or failing a hate crime, give you the max sentance.

Do you know why she got in a fight? I see she also kicked and bit the officers who came on the scene, so not a great look for her, even though the black man only serving 10 years for murdering a child is infinitely worse.
i saw the video, the "fight" was just the police officer manhandling her like a spic criminal and then she got a resisting arrest charge added to her portfolio

Wait until you hear about the guy who was stabbed by a black homeless crazy person …and then afterwards said the no-no word. The jury found the black guy not guilty.
