The story of the jews' sacrifice of Simon of Trent is not complete without including the participation of Prince-Bishop Johannes Hinderbach and his efforts to prevent any meaningful investigation of this gross crime. He was obviously bribed by the jews in the city, money that was clearly well spent by the jews. No charges were ever formally levied against the jews in that city and the blame for the murder was inconclusive.

It's also worth noting he was removed from Roman martyrology as a result of Vatican II. As if the second vatican councel wasn't jewish enough
