Better false flag option that minimizes jeet outpour to everywhere under the sun:

Send some martyrs to dress as Indian soldiers and open fire on Chinese soldiers on the border

China will invade and commit genocide against the entire population faster than you can blink. This is much better than using a nuke. Asians are known for their efficiency.
