Yeah, it's called "white labeling." It's a generic version of a product where the factory puts your own made-up product label on it. It depends on the industry but sometimes the "store brand" version is identical to the "name brand" version. Other times they literally repackage one item as another.
I worked for a product distribution company early in my career. A lot of "name brand" products out there are literally identical to each other. I know this because we had to have their Product Specification Sheet on record for everything we sold. Many of these products come out of the same factory or are made from identical ingredients. How many different formulas for dish soap and super glue can there be? It's all the same shit.
