I imagine that the proclivity that makes blacks serial killers is not too dissimilar from whatever causes them to, en mass, chimp out in general.

For whites that behavior is so bizarre that it catches attention. Blacks killing people, even for seemingly no reason at all, is so commonplace that it barely even elicits a reaction.

Kind of like, no one is surprised when a pitbull goes on a rampage and mauls three kids. But everyone is shocked if a golden retriever even bites someone.
