previous to the 1965 let niggers kill whitey act the reason so few reported serial killers were black is because their victims were also black so no 0ne cared

once mass forced desegregation occurred the number of reported black serial killers skyrocketed because Whites were forced to be aroud blacks and thus the black serial killers were reported since many of their victims were White

as soon as the black population was over 10% the majority of reported serial killers were black

and there are many black serial killers which still are not reported because their victims are also black and blacks follow the "no snitchin" rule

It’s true that the majority of serial killers are black. The reason everyone believes that serial killers are mostly white is because all the famous serial killers were white. The whites put up double digit numbers, while the blacks are usually caught before they get higher than 4. White serial killers typically have an above average IQ. The thrill for them is picking a target, stalking and planning, and the community fear as the aftermath. Many killers have stated the actual murder was a chore that had to be done to support the thrill of getting away with it. Niggers are impulsive, they have no plan, cameras or their phone in their pocket never cross their mind. They just think of it, and do it, so they never get very far before they’re caught.
