How did they know the apartment was empty? How do they go about "scouting" for empty homes? This is scary stuff and it's exactly why you MUST call the cops on any nigger you see "just looking" in your neighborhood. Maybe confront them if you feel safe enough. "Nosy" neighbors are a huge deterrent to them coming back.

IIRC it was an inheretence and the new owner hadn't checked in on it yet

of course that could be another instance

OK looked it up and that was the case, but it has happened numerous time

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/teen-squatters-got-past-lax-security-before-stomping-nyc-apartment-owner-to-death-when-she-discovered-them-lawsuit/ar-AA1Z71Xy?ocid=BingNewsSerp

So basically they just wait until they hear someone has died and keep an eye on the place

the jews who ran the building knew about all of the nonfunctioning securty features

>Building management knew about the security issues because there had been a “history of trespassers gaining access to the building and/or complaints,” Medvedev said in court papers.

>The two suspects allegedly used Vitels’ credit card to buy a PS5 game system, AirPods, clothes, food and even a diamond ring.

>Alston and Tejada fled to Pennsylvania in Vitels’ car after the killing, authorities said.

>The teens, who are also being sued, were arrested about a week later after crashing Vitels’ Lexus SUV in Pennsylvania

there are a bunch of empty buildings in the east side of Pittsburgh that the city bought when they were abandoned to tax arears, but I know that several have become squats to fraudulent "nonprofit organizations" which the city and IRS does nothing about. They are actually registered as nonprofits but do nothing at all and thus are completely fradulent and exist solely so the squatters make eviction basically impossible in a democrat run jurisdiction

I know this because I looked up the property mpas, assessment records, and cross referenced it with registered NGOs and there are several that literally do nothing and have no financial records

the funniest part is that the utilities cannot be discontinued even if they don't pay for them as long as the buildings are occupied and not condemned since the companies cannot file leins against the fraudulent nonprofits since the owner of the properties is the city and the city cannot evict them with the democrat enacted legislation

> They are actually registered as nonprofits but do nothing at all ...

The IRS imposes absolutely NO standards on "non-profits" except that they keep records of their spending. There is no law that states they even have to spend 1% of the money they collect on their stated purpose. There's not even a cap on payroll, which is why all the biggest "non-profits" have million-dollar payrolls and dozen VPs connected to Wall Street and politics. The Susan G. Komen foundation has been one of the worst offenders for decades. They're ALL scams!
