I've been taking 1 fenbendazole capsule weekly(222mg) for the last 6 months or so.

This is the only year I can remember that I haven't been sick once, despite those around me falling ill, sometimes even multiple times.

The fact that I'm healthy should indicate that it is doing something but what I'm curious about is: would this in any way make the pathogens stronger and actually harmful in the long run by exposing them to a smaller infrequent dose?

Most info I've come across has to do with its effect on cancer rather than the method I'm using.

Any advice would be great if others have any experience or other ideas.

Thanks guys

Edit: would I be better off refraining from taking it weekly but if/when I do feel like I could be coming down with somerhing to just take it 5 days in a row or something like that?

OK, I'm not set on taking fenbendazole. I'm just speaking of other natural anti parasitics.

And I'm most curious about what you're saying about your health degrading.

Gotcha. I’d avoid all anti parasitics, even natural ones. Parasites arent the cause of the problem; they’re the inevitable result of having toxic buildup of heavy metals, styrene, pharmaceuticals, etc, floating around in your system without being excreted. (For more on this, pubmed has a lot of studies recommending internal parsdites be used as an indicator of heavy metal toxicity).

After taking ivermectin and fenbendazole for over a year on and off, I’ve experienced pretty bad muscle wasting and kidney problems. Like the other poster said, they specifically damage microtubule formation, meaning it stops cells from growing.

OK so you're on board though with heavy metal detoxes? Are you familiar with zeolite? Any recommendations of other heavy metal detoxes?

Yeah that’s something I finally started doing myself. Zeolite clay in the AM and pm.
The most important thing I recommmend for everyone is take as many minerals as you possible. Especially potassium and magnesium. Then trace minerals. There’s a theory that the reason we are accumulating more and more heavy metals is that we’re woefully deficient in other minerals (magnesium, zinc, copper, etc). My organic acids test and hair mineral analysis showed very low calcium and magnesium, as well as high aluminum and lead
