I've been taking 1 fenbendazole capsule weekly(222mg) for the last 6 months or so.

This is the only year I can remember that I haven't been sick once, despite those around me falling ill, sometimes even multiple times.

The fact that I'm healthy should indicate that it is doing something but what I'm curious about is: would this in any way make the pathogens stronger and actually harmful in the long run by exposing them to a smaller infrequent dose?

Most info I've come across has to do with its effect on cancer rather than the method I'm using.

Any advice would be great if others have any experience or other ideas.

Thanks guys

Edit: would I be better off refraining from taking it weekly but if/when I do feel like I could be coming down with somerhing to just take it 5 days in a row or something like that?

People think feeling “sick” means “something’s wrong with my body
and I should take a drug to stop it”.

That’s not what’s happening. Your feeling “sick” is your body already ramping up the healing process by turning on detox pathways and internal temperature.

If you take a drug and go “wow now I feel better” doesn’t mean your body is healed. It means the drug just poisoned your body some more to get it to stop detoxing.
